Suit73-V2: Infinite Round-Robins Electric Piano

VST/AU and Standalone. Win and Mac.

Suit73-V2 is only 45 MB but sounds like a 20 GB Electric Piano, thanks to the Infinite Round-Robins technology that emulates infinite small variation for the same note.

Suit73-V2 is based on Spectral Modeling. A technology that allows realistic emulations because it's based on real recordings of the instrument, but recreated by math.

Sampling have used Round-Robin techniques for years (sampling more than one hit to the same note). This technique is limited because it's finite. And every new sample will increase the sample size.

Spectral Modeled Suit73-V2 creates infinite small variations for the same note and velocity. Emulating the real instrument. Listen to this example of C#5 note played at 40% of velocity.

HYPER-DETAILED SPECTRAL MODELED SUITCASE ELECTRIC PIANO

Suit73 was made upon Spectral Modeling. A technique that provides realistic sounds since it's based on real samples and not mathematical approaches like physical modeling.

It sounds real because it is real: sound is created the same way in nature (stacking simple sinewaves together). This is why it feels organic and warm.

We've mapped more than 64 groups of timbre components (releases, bells, key noises, main timbre, resonance, etc) and recreated them by Spectral Modeling, archiving a realistic and warm sound in only 35 MB and very low CPU usage.

What exactly is Spectral Modeling?

Every sound in nature can be decomposed into simple sine waves. From a bird tweet to a trumpet note. Spectral Modeling is the process of analyzing and creating a sound by stacking simple sine waves.

According to Julius O. Smith (Stanford) Spectral modeling provides a sound representation much closer to the perception of sound by the brain because your ear and brain are in fact spectral decoders.
